Simply Glamping USA offers free shipping on all products. Simply Glamping USA has the right to change this offer at any time. However, you will be notified of any changes prior to checkout.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email to see how you would like to proceed.

Order Shipment
If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 1-2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send you tracking information (within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse) to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@simplyglampingusa.com.
Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and are received within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please note this does not include any items that require freight.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office), P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY
American Dakota Shipping Exceptions• All rugs are made to order and can take up to 4 weeks from order date
• There will be a 25% restocking fee for refusing shipment
Wooded River Shipping Exceptions• All bedding, pillows, scarves, throws are made to order and can take up to 4 weeks from order date
• A 20% restocking fee for refusing shipment
Freespirit Recreational Shipping Exceptions• A $150.00 restocking fee is charged for refusing shipment
Lippert™ Thomas Payne® Shipping Exceptions
• Teddy Bear Bunk Mattresses and Mattress Covers are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable and also may take up to 4 weeks from order date
• Teddy Bear Bunk Mats are non-refundable and will be an additional $140.00 shipping charge as per Lippert shipping policy.
• Teddy Bear Bunk Covers are non-refundable and non-returnable with free shipping.
*A 15% restocking fee will be charged for refusing shipment or returning an item unless the item was shipped in error. See brand exceptions above for different restocking fees.
