Service under this warranty is provided to the original consumer purchaser with proof of purchase from an ALPS Brands authorized dealer. Gear purchased as used, as is, or from unauthorized 3rd party retailers is specifically not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses caused from any defect in the product.
We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations, misuse or neglect. Storm and wind damage, burns, UV damage, gear used for commercial use are specifically not covered. While we make our gear to last as long as possible, eventually gear will wear out. Colors will fade, holes and tears will appear, poles may bend or break, and zippers may stop holding together.
